Course Description
In this application-based course, participants will apply the
knowledge and skills learned in CON 214 and the Level I Contracting
courses as they work in teams to complete an extensive, realistic,
federal contract case study. Course participants demonstrate
their ability to develop and execute business strategies to
meet customer requirements. CON 215 helps fosters the development
of critical thinking skills through activities including: customer
needs analysis, strategic sourcing, procurement strategy development,
and source selection execution.

Target Audience
This course is for intermediate-level contracting personnel who are Level I certified in Contracting and have 2 years of contracting experience.
